Michael Karlsrud is a business coach, entrepreneur, author, speaker and a challenger of the status quo.  He combines his thirty years of business experience serving in Fortune 10 companies to helping launch four successful start-ups to helping others achieve their goals. 

Michael held senior sales and marketing positions at Pfizer, Andersen Windows, Vision Ease Lens and Harmon AutoGlass. He later served as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing for Fantom Optics, and President of 6 Calls.  Since then, Karlsrud went on to help launch three additional start-up companies in the B2B sector and serves as a Chairman with Vistage Worldwide. In addition, Michael is an Adjunct Professor in the business school of the University of Wisconsin, River Falls.

Karlsrud settled in the Twin Cities after receiving his M. Ed. In organization development, human resource development and training from the University of Minnesota.  He is an active international speaker focusing on sales, marketing and leadership topics and is the author of Selling by Design, A Field Guide to Selling.

Michael is uniquely qualified and trained as a coach and facilitator.  His experience in leading others, casual yet impressive presence, and ability to bring comfort quickly to any conversation or meeting, brings the best out of his clients and groups.
